Hi Sweetheart ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS. Most in-stock items ship within 4 days. Some items may take longer to process. You will be emailed in a timely fashion regarding any possible delays.

Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately.

Occasionally some items may be back ordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case. You can choose to be refunded for the back-ordered or out-of-stock item OR select an item of equivalent value as a replacement.

Shipping can take 4-6 business days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the order has shipped, Hi Sweetheart will send you a confirmation email with pertinent tracking information and an estimated time of arrival.

All orders will be shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please double-check the accuracy of this address, especially if the item is a gift.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are not available at this time.

Most items purchased online are eligible or a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 10 days of delivery.

Once approved, returns must be properly packed, and sent with the provided label. Please note that a $7 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Items that arrive to Hi Sweetheart damaged in any way will not be refunded.

Once the package is received, we will credit the original form of payment within five business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process the return, so please keep an eye on your personal account.

Holiday items are not returnable.

The original shipping amount will not be refunded.
